TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS.- I may post any commissions on my social media platforms. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not commission me.- Do not remove my watermark under any circumstances.- You may not edit my artwork UNLESS you've been given permission by myself. Small edits are perfectly alright if you were the commissioner.- My artwork may not be edited or used in ANY discriminatory way. This also includes never being used for AI, NFTs, or Crypto.- You can repost your commission with credit, either by @ or link.- If a person continues to back out on a commission or character adopt, you will be greylisted. This means I will no longer accept any commissions or work with you in the future. This is in place so I can avoid having my time wasted.
PAYMENTS + REFUNDS
- Payment is to be made after the sketch has been approved.- Payments are made through PayPal, currency is USD.- If you need to do a payment plan, you must send it with the commission request / discuss beforehand.- Refunds are available UNTIL I start lining the artwork. After the linework is complete, I will not do refunds. This is so my time is not wasted.
DEADLINES + TURN AROUND
Depending on what you are commissioning, my typical turn around time is within 40 days. If you have a specific deadline, please specify this beforehand. I work a full-time job and have responsibilities, so my schedule fluctuates. I do try to be as fast as I possibly can.
I WILL DRAW...
Closed species. Furries (anthro/feral). Pokémon. Insects. Slight gore. Mythical creatures. Most species.( I am open to drawing most things, just ask! )
I WONT DRAW...
NSFW. Heavy gore. Humans + Humanoids. Scenery. Any forms of hate speech. Characters with overly bright / neon colors.
Anybody that is on my public blacklist, are not allowed to be in possession of my designs or artwork. If you are found purposely giving blacklisted people these things, you will be blacklisted as well.
*All pieces come with a transparent background and simple background. They can also come with a flat version if asked beforehand.

Mid body up.

SIMPLE REFERENCE SHEET - 40 USD
1 full body / 1 head shot / small custom piece (eyes/back) / small info box.Additional pieces cost extra.
COMPLEX REFERENCE SHEET - 70 USD
1-2 full bodies / 2 bust views / paw or eye view / props or accessories / info box.Additional pieces cost extra.
